You will typically receive your order within 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS (after processing-see below).  Overseas orders may have longer transit times and incur additional shipping costs.

jtsdesignerfashion.com does not hold responsibility nor is liable for lost/stolen packages.

Because we have no control over transport companies, we are not responsible for misdelivered or lost packages.  If there is an issue with the receipt of your order, please contact your local delivery service provider. 

Every order will receive tracking information.  Since we offer free shipping on all orders in the U.S., if there is a mistake made with the delivery address, you will be charged to have the package redelivered.  Please check your information carefully before submitting your order.

Order Confirmation

Immediately after your order is placed, an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order and billing details will be sent to you.

Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, your items will be prepared for shipping. Most items take 1-3 business days to be processed, while some may take up to 6-10 business days. While we work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible, some items may have longer processing times due to low product availability. In such circumstances, you will be notified by email of the delay.  Preorder items are usually delivered within 8-10 weeks of ordering.

 Expedited delivery is 3 to 7 business days after processing (1-2 days)

**For shipping costs to other countries, please add your items to the cart and begin the checkout process.  Your shipping costs will be calculated at that point.

***Most of our items are delivered within 7-10 days or sooner.  Maximum delivery time is 14 days.  Please be aware that there are a few items that may be shipped from our overseas warehouse when our U.S. stock is low.  Not to worry!!  Those items will be clearly marked in the item description!
